The Technical Service Group Supplies and Services all sectors of Industry a complete line of Conventional, Special Hazard Fire Detection, Fire Control, Suppression Systems and Portable Fire Extinguishing / Fighting Equipment along with Testing High Pressure Lines, Calibrating Gauges, and Servicing Specialized Equipment.

The Group offers a full array of engineered and pre-engineered fire systems, coupled with inspections, commissioning, repairs, maintenance and installation of a full product line. The products and services provided are supported by experienced, fully trained and certified technicians that are available on a 24-hour/7-day basis.

Our New “State of the Art” Operating System captures data electronically in the field. This program makes Technical Services on the cutting edge of this new technology with electronic inspections, superior reporting, deficiency notations with attached pictures and code references. The operating system has a schedule planner for all services provided; with no chance of becoming out of certification.

Our division is setting a new standard for customer service.

Registrations include Lloyds, DNV and ABS as a service provider for fire systems and breathing equipment onshore and offshore. Our technicians are licensed by the Fire Commissioner’s office, and The Group has numerous certified offshore trained technicians for work offshore in Atlantic Canada. Furthermore, K&D Pratt has a full time Safety Advisor and Quality Manager and is ISO Registered with a full Quality Management System.
